Join us for a powerful conversation on the role of mindfulness and compassion in transforming workplace culture.
Session Description:
Burnout, turnover, and emotional fatigue are challenges many organizations face today, affecting team wellbeing and performance. This session will provide insight into how mindfulness can transform and support leaders from the inside out—helping them build healthier, more resilient teams. Drawing from the experience of Keralty Compassionate Communities and real-world examples, we’ll explore how internal shifts in leadership can create meaningful, lasting impact across organizations.
We’ll also explore how internal institutional transformation is key to creating lasting external impact, with insights from two guest speakers whose organizations have embraced mindfulness as a catalyst for change.
Featured Speaker:
Camila Díaz – Mindfulness Facilitator & Peace Educator
With over 15 years of experience in peace education and 7 years teaching trauma-conscious mindfulness in New York City, Camila creates spaces for healing, resilience, and inner transformation. Passionate about self-care, social justice, and ancestral wisdom, her work helps individuals reconnect with their inner strength and build peace from the inside out.
Special Guest Speakers:
A HR Manager from Sanitas, sharing insights on mindfulness in healthcare teams
A representative from a nonprofit organization, reflecting on their team’s experience with mindfulness training
Let’s come together to learn how mindfulness can create more compassionate, connected, and resilient organizations.
